While walking along the cliff today with the dog, we saw these three stunt planes looping around over the bay. They circled around for a few minutes, flying low and in some cool, tight formations, and even letting out some winding trails of smoke.
Pretty cool.

This is the path along the cliff that we walk every day (and live just 30 seconds from, up the street in this direction). We were sitting and enjoying the sun on a bench just down from the ones you see in the shot.

We normally walk down to the Esplanade for ice cream every Thursday, but jeez! Super cold tonight, lots of wind.
…So we froze our butts off and had awesome ice cream anyway.

It was an amazingly clear today — normally, you can’t see the hills on the other side of Moss Landing, but there they are.

Rosebud spent the day in Doggie Daycare, and came home absolutely pooped.

I really liked the color and texture.

A little piece of some other succulent fell into our large cactus last year, and it’s now grown into this cool little guy. The multi-colored look is the actual plant, not a Hipstamatic addition.

We’re tearing apart and landscaping our front courtyard, and looking for a little fountain to add some nice water to the area. The Santa Cruz ProBuild has some awesome stuff that isn’t totally checkbook-breaking. Kel’s particularly fond of this one.

Just trying to get a good comparative handle on some of the different Hipstamatic lenses available — which, by the way, are all awesome.

Too bad it appears one of them is possessed.
